Benninghoff to Host Roundtable on Rural Broadband Solutions
WHAT: The lack of access to broadband is a major problem in rural communities across central Pennsylvania, and is negatively impacting local economies, educational opportunities, health care treatment options and more. The purpose of the roundtable is to bring advocates, from a variety of perspectives and motivations, together in one room for a meaningful, productive discussion on the current obstacles to broadband access and how to work together to find solutions.

WHO: Attendees will include representatives from federal, state and local government; school districts, technical schools and other educational institutions; regional hospitals and health care providers; agriculture; small businesses and economic development groups; community leaders; and impacted residents.

WHEN: Thursday, July 12, from 3-5 p.m.
